Navigate to the Cabarrus County Assessor’s Office Real Estate Search web page via the following link: https://tax.cabarruscounty.us/RealEstate.aspx

Enter the property House# and Unit# (if applicable) along with the Street Name in the ‘Property Address’ section of the form of the page. Click the gray ‘Search’ button to the right.

If the property is found in the Cabarrus County Assessor’s database, the display window will refresh with one or more property summary records that include owner, address, parcel number and legal description information. Click the underlined link in the ‘Parcel Number’ column to view additional property details including previous sales, dimensions, taxation and valuation data among other property characteristics. The property IS eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.

If more than one property appears under the search results scroll down the ‘Parcel Number’ column to find the correct Parcel Number link.

If the property address is not found in the Cabarrus County Assessor’s database, the search web page refreshes without any list of records, and a popup message: “No records found” in bold red letters. The property is NOT eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.

Navigate to the Gaston County Assessor’s Real Property search web page via the following link:  https://gis.gastongov.com/Map/Default.aspx

Enter the property address in the ‘Physical Address’ field on the left-hand side of the page. Click the gray ‘Search’ button at the bottom left.

If the property is found in the Gaston County Assessor’s database, the display window will refresh with one or more property summary records that include owner, parcel number and recording information. Click the underlined link in the ‘Parcel Number’ column to view additional property details including photos, dimensions, taxation and valuation data among other property characteristics. The property IS eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.

If more than one property appears under the search results scroll down the ‘Physical Address’ column to find the correct Parcel Number link.

If the property address is not found in the Gaston County Assessor’s database, the search web page refreshes without any list of records, and a popup message: “No Results Found – No results were found for your search. Please refine your search and try again.” The property is NOT eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.

Navigate to the Rowan County Tax Administration’s Record Search web page via the following link: https://rowan.ustaxdata.com/

Enter the property street number and street name in the ‘Property Address’ field on the left-hand side of the page. Click the gray ‘Search’ button at the bottom.

If the property is found in the Rowan County Tax Administration’s database, the display window will refresh with one or more property summary records that include owner, parcel number and address information. Click the underlined link in the ‘Owner’ column to view additional property details including dimensions, taxation and valuation data among other property characteristics. The property IS eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.

If more than one property appears under the search results scroll down the ‘Location Address’ column to find the correct Owner link.

If the property address is not found in the Rowan County Tax Administration’s database, the search web page refreshes without any list of records, and a popup message: “0 Records Found Matching your criteria” The property is NOT eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.

Navigate to the Mecklenburg County Tax Assessor’s Property Information System search web page via the following link: https://property.spatialest.com/nc/mecklenburg/

Enter the property address in the search field at the top of the page. Click the blue ‘Search’ button or select the property from the dropdown list if shown.

If the property is found in the Mecklenburg County Tax Assessor’s database, the ‘Records Found Matching your criteria’ results web page opens with one or more property summary records that include owner, property size and valuation information. The first row includes a blue underlined link that includes a combination of the parcel ID and the owner’s name. Click on the link to view additional property details including photos, dimensions, taxation and valuation data among other property characteristics. The property IS eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.

If more than one property appears under the search results scroll down the ‘Description’ section to find the property unit or specific ID.

If the property address is not found in the Mecklenburg County Tax Assessor’s database, the search web page refreshes without any list of records, and the message: “Your Search returned no results.” at the top of the page. The property is NOT eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing

Navigate to the Union County Tax Administrator’s Tax Records Search web page via the following link: https://www.unioncountync.gov/departments/gismaps/resources/property-search

Select ‘Situs Address’ from the search type dropdown list. Enter the property address in the field to the right if the Situs Address option. Select the address from the popup list as type is entered or click the gray ‘Search’ button on the right.

If the property is found in the Union County Tax Administrator’s database, the Search results page will open with detailed owner, address, parcel number and recording information. Additional property information includes photos, dimensions, taxation and valuation data among other property characteristics. The property IS eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.

If the property address is not found in the Union County Tax Administrator’s database, the search web page refreshes without any list of records, and a popup message: “No Results Found – No results were found for the specified criteria. Please review the search criteria and try again.” The property is NOT eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.
