DreamKey Partners’s Homeownership Center of Charlotte (HCC) is a streamlined educational program that puts first-time homebuyers on the fast track to the best loans and benefits available today. The HCC offers numerous services including:
- Homebuyer education
- Pre- and post-purchase counseling
- Foreclosure prevention counseling
- Financial literacy education
We also administer the City of Charlotte’s HouseCharlotte down payment Assistance Program ensuring that low- to moderate-income families can enjoy the benefits of homeownership and participate in the American Dream by receiving as much as $17,000 in down payment assistance. And, we also provide customers access to down payment assistance from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency.
