Neighbors For More Neighbors Charlotte

Neighbors for More Neighbors Charlotte represents a group of nonprofits and community leaders supporting social and economic growth initiatives including the adoption of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan to help address the enduring legacy of segregation, creating an equitable roadmap for our neighbors now and in the future.

In the Community

Along with other community organizations, we joined A Vibe Outside Festival at the West Complex in Charlotte, promoting homeownership education and down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers.

Senior Seminars

Seniors can lose hundreds of millions of dollars annually to financial scams. Through our partnership with Truist, we hosted financial fraud seminars at our senior (55+) apartment communities to help residents learn about scams and tips on how to avoid being scammed.

Neighborhood Meetings

As a critical component of our real estate development, we host listen-and-learn forums with neighborhood residents, churches, public officials and others to update them on new housing coming to their communities, answer questions, and activate and reactivate homeowner associations.
