## About Doorway to Prosperity

In partnership with True Homes, we work to help increase affordable homeownership with the Doorway to Prosperity down payment assistance program. The Doorway to Prosperity is available to eligible [House Charlotte](https://dreamkeypartners.org/house-charlotte-program/?hsLang=en) homebuyers purchasing eligible homes in the Dukes Ridge, Clark Village, or Hoovertown neighborhoods in Charlotte, through an approved lender.

Doorway to Prosperity program-approved lenders offer between $7,500 and $95,000 in down payment assistance.

- True Homes will sell all homes at cost.
- DreamKey Partners will provide $2,500 as part of the Doorway to Prosperity down payment assistance.

Borrowers must use one of the following lenders to participate in the Doorway to Prosperity program.

- Regions Bank
- First National Bank
- Fifth Third Bank
- Truist Bank
- U.S. Bank
- Uwharrie Bank
- Self Help Credit Union
- First Citizens
- South State Bank
- Pinnacle Bank
