Up to $30,000 toward your down payment
The House Charlotte program, administered by DreamKey Partners in collaboration with the City of Charlotte, provides deferred down payment assistance to eligible homebuyers within Charlotte city limits. This initiative aims to make homeownership more accessible for households earning up to 110% of the area median income.

Community Partners Loan Pool (CPLP)
Up to 25% of the purchase price or up to $50,000 in down payment assistance, whichever is less
The Community Partners Loan Pool (CPLP) program, administered by DreamKey Partners in collaboration with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, offers 0% interest, deferred second mortgage loans to eligible homebuyers. Qualified applicants can receive up to 25% of the home's purchase price, not to exceed $50,000, to assist with down payment costs.

Doorway to Prosperity
Up to $95,000 toward your down payment
The Doorway to Prosperity program, a collaboration between DreamKey Partners and True Homes, offers eligible House Charlotte homebuyers purchasing homes in Clarks Village, Dukes Ridge, or Wabash Avenue neighborhoods in Charlotte up to $95,000 in down payment assistance.
