Druid Hills is part of the Statesville Avenue Corridor. The redevelopment included strategically acquiring properties throughout the neighborhood, renovating 47 apartment homes on Rachel, Olando, and Norris Avenues, building The Gables at Druid Hills Apartments, and active adult communities in two phases, resulting in a combined 135-units. We also worked with Charlotte Mecklenburg Parks and Recreation and the community to acquire land for a neighborhood park.
