## Neighborhood Revitalization

### We help build vibrant neighborhoods to advance social and economic mobility for residents and communities across Mecklenburg County. We do this through partnerships, funding, and resident-led community engagement to create neighborhoods that represent a place to call home for many.

One of our planned communities is [Brightwalk](https://dreamkeypartners.org/brightwalk?hsLang=en), is located in the Statesville Avenue Corridor. Other nearby neighborhoods in the corridor include [Genesis Park](https://dreamkeypartners.org/genesis-park?hsLang=en), [Greenville](https://dreamkeypartners.org/greenville?hsLang=en), [Park at Oaklawn](https://dreamkeypartners.org/the-park-at-oaklawn?hsLang=en), Double Oaks, and [Druid Hills](https://dreamkeypartners.org/druid-hills?hsLang=en). The plan was to create – along with key partners – a road map to revitalize an inner-city corridor north of Uptown Charlotte, resulting in hundreds of affordable multi- and single-family homes and economic development opportunities through our work with Charlotte Mecklenburg Park and Recreation, City of Charlotte, Novant Health Michael Jordan Family Medical Clinic, Shook Kelley, Inc., and LandDesign.
