**The Park at Oaklawn** is located on the 32-acre site of the former Fairview Homes public housing complex, within the Greater Statesville Avenue Corridor. Inlivian received a $34.7 million HOPE VI Grant, which served as a catalyst for the re-development. We served as the developer, resulting in 178 multi-family apartments, 83 one-bedroom active adult apartments, 71 single-family homes, and a community center
