A planned affordable multifamily development in southeast Charlotte has been awarded federal tax credits — one of only four in Charlotte to receive the grants in the latest round of approved projects.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing Partnership was granted $1 million in housing credits to build 103 mixed-income apartments targeting residents age 55 and older along Nolley Court, near the intersection of Galleria Boulevard and Monroe Road.
